Lisa has been working as a Registered Massage Therapist since graduating from ICT Northumberland College in 2007. She is dedicated to personal wellness. Her healthy living is reflected in her calm presence and strong hands. Her massage style combines specific stretches with direct focus strokes to release areas of tension and dysfunction. She uses techniques such as myofascial release, sports massage, and deep tissue work to restore optimum function and movement throughout the body.
Outside of massage therapy, Lisa has a passion for Rugby. She has played competitively for the last 7 years with HRFC and has represented Nova Scotia at eastern Canadian championships as well as nationals. When she's not tearing up the Rugby pitch, you can easily find her working on her Crossfit skills with Crossfit Kinetics or playing recreational volleyball.
She also loves to volunteer her time with athlete's and has helped out with the women's u18 and u20 provincial teams as well as Canoe 09 and the Canada Games.
